Following a discreet clinical assessment, your senior dentist will remove the compromised tissue with minimally invasive, microsurgical precision. Local anaesthesia is administered for absolute comfort while the site is meticulously cleansed and restored using a premium, bespoke material selected to mirror natural shade, translucency and function.

Your wellbeing is central to our approach. If you experience any discomfort or anxiety, our team will intervene immediately with discreet reassurance and personalised comfort measures. The result: a durable, seamless restoration delivered with surgical exactitude and a truly five-star patient experience.

Amalgam (silver) restorations are renowned for their longevity and may perform admirably for many years. With the passage of time they can develop wear or fine fractures; when our clinicians identify such deterioration, we will recommend a discreet, considered replacement to preserve the tooth’s structure, function and long-term aesthetic integrity.

At The Ivory Group, restorative dentistry is an exercise in precision and refinement. Beyond conventional composite and amalgam, we offer an exclusive palette of restorative materials, each selected for superior performance and aesthetic distinction.

Ceramic: finely milled porcelain restorations that replicate the depth and translucency of natural enamel.
Tooth-coloured composite: a refined, minimally invasive solution that bonds directly to tooth structure.
Gold: the consummate restorative material for strength and longevity.

Your senior clinician will recommend the optimal material based on function, aesthetic intent and prognosis, then oversee a bespoke restoration crafted to the highest standards of durability and beauty.
